Mais, I hauled off and chopped up dem ABTs you see in the post below ... and made a kicked-up meatloaf wit adobo/chipotle glaze ~ thinkin' dat meatloaf might make a good cold meatloaf sandwich on toasted fresh-baked sourdough? Whooops ... lookie here~~

ReplyDeletenever met a meatloaf i didn't like ~ i like to sprinkle top of meatloaf with brown sugar & bake the first 30 minutes ... then top with my glaze & bake another 20 minutes or so.
ReplyDeleteMine ain't the glazen. Honest to God, The last meatloaf I cooked, my wife took one bite and let it fall out of her mouth. Yes it was that bad. Edder
