yeah, always got a bottle of tapatio sauce in my fridge ~ it's cheap, and brings a flavor that is *distinctly* mexican. my favorite hot sauce is dirty dick's oral abuse ... great stuff ... it's hot, but also good flavor ~ good balance heat/sweet. it's got banana in it!! go figure...lol i get it from hawgeyes ~ usually buy 6 bottles at a time.
I might just have to check that out, i love hot sauces, or anything hot really. Got plenty of time today. Work was slow, so i took off and put a couple racks of spares, fresh of the hog, on the WSM.
Looks mighty tasty. I see you use the tapatio sauce too. Its 'bout my favorite for putting on tacos and such!
