Senor Johnny's Quesadillas

Snackins for the KU/MU border showdown today ~ chorizo, caramelized onion, cheddar & candied jalapeno quesadillas ... served up with some homemade chipotle/black bean salsa & sour cream. Sure made dat cold beer taste good!!
