Kaw-Cajun 'Taters Au Gratin

Whooped these taters up, to go with some smoked pork chops ~ got onion, fresh garlic, andouille sausage, white cheddar and sour cream in 'em ... whooooboy, these lil' taters is happy, ah garrontee!
