Breakfast in the coonass cucina ~ some the best boodan I ever ate (made in Lafayette, Louisiana) smoked over applewood, on a couple scratch buttermilk black pepper catheads, topped with farm-fresh scrambled eggs in bacon cream gravy, and sprinkled with some crisp bacon.
