Fired up a smoker today, mixed grill: tri-tip seasoned wit
Dizzy Pig Raising The Steaks, pork chops seasoned with DP Swamp Venom & swabbed with my buddy Rawtalent Gary's homemade bbq sauce, ground sirloin steaks seasoned with DP Redeye Express, and some all-beef hot dogs. I sliced the tri-tip very thin (med-rare) and piled it on a soft bun with onion & lotsa horseradish ~ tri-tip pit beef, Baltimore style.
