Bacon Horseradish Dip

Just made a lil' sumpthin' for tater chip dippin' during tomorrow's Jayhawk/B12 Tourney game. Cream cheese, sour cream, lotsa dat good Silver Springs horseradish, chopped bacon, green onions, salt & white pepper. Should make a cold beer taste real good.

  2. hey cher. you right, that does sound good ... and i just made scalloped potatoes yesterday ~ wish i'd thought of that because i still have some that bacon/horseradish dip leftover. i've actually been saving it to make a horseradish cream sauce to go on my corned beef & cabbage tomorrow.
