Well, I ground some sirloin last week & charbroiled some nice big fat hamburger steaks out on the grill ~ took one them and made this bbq pizza, with onions, japs, 4 cheeses and bacon. I usually don't like that thick, sweet industrial sludge type bbq sauce, but I keep a bottle of it on hand just for this application.

ReplyDeletewell, i just make a basic pizza dough and add about a Tbsp of red pepper flakes to the flour before mixing the dough. i don't measure anything, but it's about 3 cups flour, i pkt yeast, warm water, pinch of sugar, pinch of salt and a lil' olive oil. sorry i can't be more specific, but i don't measure anything. i like to fly by the seat of my pants when cooking ...
