Homemade Spicy Italian Sausage

Seared in EVOO with lotsa garlic, peppers & onions, then simmered in a tomato sauce & tossed with some penne pasta.

    Man, i LOVE me some Italian sausage and peppers! We eat that at least once a month. Looks great!
