Scratchin' Dat BBQ Itch

BBQ pork chops, half of them were dusted with Mary's Cherry and sauced with Russ & Franks ... and the other half were dusted with Smokin' Guns Hot and sauced with Gates & Sons (that is to say half the chops were hot & spicy and half of them were sweet & yummy) ... cooked over hardwood coals & applewood chunks. My bbq itch has now been scratched ... rounded out the meal with some the other fresh fruits and veggies I picked up at the local farmer's market ... including a very nice fresh spinach/asparagus salad with hot bacon dressing.
