Tex-Mex w/Texas Pete's

Found a nice beef bottom round in the bargain bin a couple days ago ~ course ground it, and made some spicy filling for these big, fat beefy/cheesy burritos ... doused with Texas Pete's and dressed to the max. Sure made that cold beer go down good, yeh.
