Sunday Brunch On Da Bayou

Mais, I hadda lil' trouble gittin' mah big mouth around this one ... but I hitched my britches up & got'er done! This is my BLT *happy place* ... 1/2 pound of crisp bacon, ripe red homegrown tomatoes, fresh lettuce & real mayonnaise on lightly toasted fresh baked pepperoni/asiago bread. Classic, wit a lil' spin done right. BAM!!

    That is more than a grown man should have to tolerate, without being able to enjoy it himself!

    It almost reduces me to tears.
