Brisket/Serrano Sausage Sandwich
Mais ... what didja think I was gonna do wit the sausage that was leftover in the bottom my stuffer, huhhhh???? Topped wit some slices of ripe homegrown tomatoes and a lil' sharp cheddar ~ chased down wit a cold beer. Lawd have mercy!!
