Tex-Mex Pizza
Scratch cornmeal crust slathered with homemade green chile sauce & topped with smoked pork chunks, fresh corn chow chow, smoked provolone cheese & caramelized onions.
After about 12 minutes in a 425* oven ~ badda boom ~ good eats.
