BBQ Strip Steak ~ My Way

Choice grade/aged KC Strip steak, chargrilled & topped with bacon-wrapped ABTs filled with homemade pimento cheese ~ napped with a bbq/sweet pepper/roasted corn beurre blanc sauce

Sided up with some hand cut Yukon Gold peameal steak fries

Steak & 'Taters ... it's whut's for supper!

  3. Excellent twist to the traditional sauce. It sounds really good!

    What did you use for the acid-base in the sauce -- vinegar, lemon juice or NAB wine?

  4. made the sauce with 1/4 cup chipotle bbq sauce, couple tbsp of butter and a heapin' tbsp of homemade red pepper/corn relish that had vinegar in it.
