ReplyDeleteWhat did you use for the acid-base in the sauce -- vinegar, lemon juice or NAB wine?
made the sauce with 1/4 cup chipotle bbq sauce, couple tbsp of butter and a heapin' tbsp of homemade red pepper/corn relish that had vinegar in it.
