Roast Strip Loin Of Beef

Aged strip loin roast ~ seasoned, seared and dry roasted

Roasted to 125* internal ~ rested and sliced

Sided up with mashed Yukon Golds & turnips, pan onion gravy & roasted fresh brussel sprouts. Winner, winner roast beef dinner!!

    Chez, you really need to open a drive-thru. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Would be all good.
