Big chicken boobs, marinated in Crystal hot sauce & seasoned with Tonys ~ light breading of seasoned flour/white cornmeal
I use a dual technique to cook chicken like this: pan frying and oven broasting ~ to get the tender yet crispy & crunchy results. I'd explain it in detail ... but then I'd just hafta kill ya, yeh ~ I cain't give away ALL my secrets, now can I??
It sure looks good enough to eat - I love moist fried chicken.
