lol - mzjoy, that steak butter is: equal amount butter & maytag blue cheese, lil' roasted garlic, splash of worchestershire & salt/cracked black pepper. throw all in mixer and blend well, then roll into log & chill. i keep mine in the freezer and cut off a disc whenever i need it. lots of different flavored compound butters you cn make ... but this is one that i like for beef. it's good melted on top of a steak also.
Chez, I think those are the bestest looking burgers I have ever seen. So round. So perfect. How in the world do you do that. My burgers all look raged looking and shrink up. Yours are picture perfect.
This is the most decadent burger I've ever seen...and I WANT it! The bleu cheese butter inside would be over the top good!
