Kaw-Cajun Boudreaux Burger

Half pound fresh ground sirloin steak, stuffed & bacon-wrapped then grilled over hot hardwood charcoals ~ served atop a brunoise of Boudreaux Potatoes & napped with a homemade tasso/jalapeno hollandaise. Definitely not yer father's hamburger steak...
