A couple weeks ago I mentioned that my friend, Ed Albert, had a stroke. He's a sweetheart of a guy, and is now on the long road to recovery. Ed gave me some of his homemade pork rub/spice a while back ... so I used it today to make these delicious pork chops ... topped with a sweet & savory cherry/vidalia onion/dijon sauce. Hope your friend is doing better. The pork chops look delish, great idea with the cherries and vidalia sauce. Your veges always make me so hungry!
