Not Your Father's BBQ Sandwich

Smoked/Chopped Piedmont style pork bbq, on soft bun with thin slice of baby Swiss, dill slices, splash or three of Crystal hot sauce & topped with ny new slaw creation: Cajun Power Slaw w/hot garlic dressing

I've eaten lotsa bbq sandwiches ... these might have been the best

  2. lol ~ thanks bigdude. it's a lifelong learning process ... i been perfectin' my sandwich building craft for over 50 years. still looking for the holy grail of sanwiches ~ been close, but so far....
