Mais, I rolled out the rack this morning wit a hankerin' for some fish ... so I hauled off and did a lil' freezer diving, and came up wit a vac-pack of nice thick cobia filets ~ got'em thawin' as we speak. Just finished making a lil' homemade tartar sauce (made with homemade green tomato piccalilli that I put up last fall) ... think I'll broil dat cobia feesh & side it up wit dem green beans & new potatoes ... and some skillet cornbread. Love it when a good plan comes together. If only I had some fresh morels..........
Sounds like a good plan, gonna be a copycat with tilapia!
