When I talk about being "True To The Que" ... this is what I'm talking about. BBQ is about the journey, not the destination.

    Oh, to be able to enjoy such pleasures of life like "true to the 'que BBQ"! Those kinds of places are real treasures to the art of BBQ. I second what Big Dude says.
