Pulled Beef BBQ
Chuck roll, cut into bigassed roasts & rubbed down with Oakridge BBQ Beef Rub ... 7 hours in the hickory smoke, 1 hour in foil, pulled & tossed with a lil' my homemade bbq sauce.
