Not just any smoked sausage, no. This is some homemade jalapeno sausage that I made, 60/40 pork to beef & using fresh chiles from Lil' Missy's garden
On a nice soft bun, with cheese ... and dressed with lots caramelized onions & mixed peppers (also fresh from the garden) and horseradish sauce
This sandwich did not suck
