Big-Assed Pork Chops

Steens molasses drizzle & napped with a homemade gooseberry/apple/onion chutney

2" double thick, bone in center cut pork chop

Brined, seasoned & pan seared in the ol' Griswold black iron screamin' hot ~ oven finished with apples and a splash of beer
