Feesh & 'Taters

Blackened catfish topped with shrimp en olive tapenade, sided up with a broiled parmesan crusted homegrown tomato & hush puppy fer soppin'

Lyonnaise potatoes = fancy froggie name fer fried taters & onions ... spun up kaw-cajun style

  2. If this is what they call "comfort food," I think I could snuggle up real close and get real intimate with it. This definitely would call for some "close eating!"
