Pulled Chicken BBQ W/Bacon Skin Cracklins

I'm thinkin' this might be good on a bun, eh?

Pulled chicken thighs with bacon/skin cracklins mixed in & drizzled wit some dat good Arthur Bryants Original bbq sauce.

Cold leftover thighs, skin and bacon removed (remember, they were bacon wrapped thighs) skin and bacon cut thin julienne strips and sauteed until crisp and crunchy, then mixed back into the pulled chicken.
