Blue Smoke Rising
Fire In The Hole!!
Stoked up the smoker about an hour ago ~ just put the meat on: bigassed beef chuck roasts studded with Burgers bacon lardons & rubbed down with Oakridge BBQ rub. Blue hickory smoke risin', baybee!!
