Smoked Pork Loin Burnt Ends

Smoked pork loin burnt ends ~ Oak Ridge BBQ rubbed

Drizzled with a lil' my homemade cherry/pepper bbq sauce & sided up with some homemade 'tater salad

Burnt ends are a beautiful thang...

  2. ah, that's the real deal bigdude ... for me, brisket point burnt ends are the holy grail of bbq. nothing better, imho.

  3. Ahh, burnt ends... I've got 4 lbs. of brisket point b-ends just waiting for me at home... Never tried it with pork loin before, but after gawking at your pics Chez, it won't be long till I do!!!
