Homemade Ciabatta Crust Pizza

Hot out the oven ~ scratch ciabatta crust pizza ... very light & airy crust ~ delicious

Herbed ciabatta crust - roasted sweet pepper pizza sauce - pepperoni & black olives

Very light & airy ciabatta - proofed 5 hours to allow for formation of bubbles in the dough
