Sourkraut & Weinies For Grownups

Choucroute Garnie, plated.

Served with some of my homemade mustard.

Boiled brussel sprouts w/taters & bacon ... side dish for the choucroute garnie. I made a beer/butter sauce for these veggies, kicked up with a lil' horseradish. Very tasty.
