Looks like a chili dog, but it's a link of my homemade jalapeno sausage (smoked over pecan wood) on a fresh baked poboy bun, topped with sloppy boudreaux, cheese curds & sliced sweet onions. Not your father's chili dog, no.
Woah! A submarine sandwich and an ice cold beer are what I want to have on a Friday night. :D The Poboy looks delicious. I like the sausage, and I find jalapeno as a perfect blend to it. Hmm, I gotta try that one the next time we do a night party at home.
