
My spin on a sandwich I learned to make years ago from a friend of mine who owned a deli ~ thin sliced beef and several kinds of cheese all melted and hot, on a warm bun.

I used thin sliced smoked pit beef, provolone, swiss and white cheddar cheese

Dressed with dijon, pickles and some grilled Texas 1015 onions = a cheeseburger on steriods.
