Birthday Breakfast

Birthday breakfast on da bayou ~ sausage, onion, spinach scramble topped wit a lil' shredded Tillamook cheddar and a splash dat good Cajun Power Lightning Strike & sided up wit a couple warm flour tortillas. Chased wit a virgin bloody mary ... so far this day does not suck.
