Jerked Pigmeat
El Cheapo country style pork ribs ~ marinatin' in my homemade Jamaican jerk marinade - overnight.
Seasoned dat pigmeat before pourin' the marinade on it
This is the homemade jerk marinade, and a bottle of hot pepper vinegar for dressin' the greens
