Couple of boneless chicken thighs, spun up Nashville style ala hot chicken shack ~ atop a dirty rice pilaf
Seasoned with straight up cayenne pepper and Pig Pen's Hot - then breaded and pan fried
Nice crispy skin ... spicy & hot
