Starting the pan for the taters/turnips & cabbage with a lil' bacon, then added onions, green peppers and the taters. Will now add the turnips and cabbage, and bake tender.

Pork loin chops, brined in a beer/creole mustard brine ... then dusted with my homemade blackening seasoning & bronzed ~ finished with a Steen's Cane Syrup & Vidalia onion glace'

Taters, turnips & cabbage - braised in a lil' beer ... to side up the pork chops. this is my spin on an old southern dish called "turnips & neckbones"
