Shredded & splashed with a lil' Texas Pete ~ to be used for making quesadillas and nachos
Shredded, then chopped and mixed with Smokey Mountain Smokers BBQ Sauce ~ for making bbq beef sandwiches
Some cajun 'taters ~ oven roasted hot & nasty
