Hand chopped pork loin trim & Burgers Smokehouse bacon ~ homemade breakfast sausage
The pork loin end pieces, and the bacon end pieces ~ prior to chopping
Makin' sausage....used to make the sausage gravy for biscuits & gravy yesterday morning
