Pigmeat On The Trunk Monkey

 Pigmeat slathered with Annies Roasted Red Pepper EVOO and dusted with Oakridge Habanero Death Dust - into ziplock and fridge overnight
 Loaded up on the trunk monkey, indirect with peach wood chunks and Tabasco oak barrel chips providin' the smoke
After about 3 hours....
