tatonka is a native indian word for *big buffalo* ... a fb friend who lives in south dakota developed the tatonka dust seasoning. it's a very good, and unique seasoning - unlike most bbq seasonings. he sent me a sample - i don't think it's on the market yet. i can put you in touch with him, if you want some of it.
