Workin' up to making a ham loaf w/raisin sauce for Easter ~ so first I had to bake a ham ... made a glaze with some mustard-based bbq sauce, honey, brown sugar & dry mustard. Will grind all the small pieces & scraps ~ mix the ground ham with some my homemade apple/maple breakfast sausage to make the ham loaf. Got a good ham bone now, too ... hafta make a pot of beans next week. Here's a lil'
