The Smoke Gods Have Been Summoned

5 AM launch was successful ~ WSM is now locked, loaded & chuggin' along just like it supposed t'did ... thin blue tail drifting up to bbq pigmeat heaven. Now ... we wait & let the magic happen.

    tri-tip is ready right now, mzjoy ... just made some homemade horseradish sauce ... come on over and have a sandwich.
