I do love the video clips, just like we are there watching you cook! What exactly is a flat iron steak. I shop Walmart or Sam's Club so the meat dept. isn't that whoopie. The marinade sounded so good and the asiago tomatoes...help me Lord!
well, the flatiron steaks are a relatively *new* cut of beef ~ fairly tender, and good value @ sale price of $3.99/lb. i get them at my local dillons store ~ i don't shop at walmart of sams, so i don't know if they have them or not.
