Dayum, this was good ~ chunks of bbq chicken breast spun up like burnt ends. Why didn't I think of this before??
This ol' yardbird did not die in vain, ah garrontee!

John,
ReplyDeleteWhat did you put on the chicken after you cut them up to make them "chicken burnt ends"?
Looks good, as always!
Len
bbq chicken breasts cut into big chunks, dusted with some of my homemade kaw-cajun bbq rub then tossed with a lil' bit of arthur bryants original bbq sauce - into hot smoker for about 15-20 minutes to set the sauce.
ReplyDeleteChez,
ReplyDeleteHave you posted the "kaw-Cajun rub" recipe before? Or, is this a family secret recipe that has been handed down for generations and generations and generations and is only available to "the family"?
Does Olga know the recipe? Should we be asking her?
Len
no recipe len, just a basic bbq rub kicked up with some cajun spices, etc.
