Scalloped Celery/Collards Au Gratin

Hot out the oven ~ topped with buttered Ritz crumbs/parmesan & diced green peppers

Blanched veggies in sour cream mornay sauce ~ celery, celery root, collard greens, carrots, onions, parsnips ... all orphans found in the fridge veggie drawer
