Stew Boss ~ Kaw-Cajun S.O.S.

Kaw-Cajun Beef Stew served up over hot scratch buttermilk catheads ... stick to yer ribs cold weather vittles.

Thick & chunky ... savory, garlicky ... and (gasp) dare I say: healthy? Gotta be healthy, there's green stuff in it.

    What are the green leafy vegetables that you are using? Also, what is the base of your broth? Is it a chicken stock and tomato base?

  2. collard greens. homemade beef stock with some stewed tomatoes in it.
