Jambalaya, Crawfish Pie, File' Gumbo

Blackened Shwimps & Smoked Sausage ~ headed for the jambalaya pot.

Hot out the skillet ~ look good enough to eat, don't they?

Shwimps cleaned, brushed wit EVOO and rolled in my homemade blackening seasoning.
